Swimming Lessons for Preschoolers and Infants That Build Confidence

From early infants to active preschoolers, we bring gentle water safety and skill-building directly to your pool: warm water, patient instructors, and zero crowded facilities.

Learn to Swim for Preschoolers with Joy & Confidence

You worry about your child’s fear of water. Public pools feel cold, loud, and chaotic. The instructor changes every week. Your preschooler cries before each lesson. You see no progress after months. Group classes ignore your child’s individual pace. Commuting takes an hour for a thirty-minute session. You are not sure if the teacher even knows your child’s name.

We send one certified instructor to your backyard or building pool. That instructor stays with your child week after week. Lessons follow our clear level system: Duckling, Tadpole, Minnow. For infants as young as six months, we focus on water acclimation and floating.

For preschoolers, we teach submersion, kicking, and safe exits. We offer the best preschool swim lessons with real preschool swimming outcomes. Our swimming lessons for preschoolers integrate infant swimming lessons, infant swimming classes, and infant swim classes into one seamless mobile academy.

With us, enjoy happiness, faster progress, warmer water, and absolutely no commute. Your child actually looks forward to learning to swim.

Certification

Every instructor at Aqua Swim Academy holds current Lifesaving Society certification with specialized training in infant and preschool aquatics. That means your swim lessons for infants and preschoolers are led by professionals trained in water safety, first aid, and CPR specifically for young children.

Infant swimming lessons for babies under twelve months focus on bonding, floating, and breath control. Infant swimming classes are available from six months with parent participation. For older toddlers, preschool swim lessons teach independent floating and kicking.

Preschool swimming classes use different levels. To learn to swim properly, preschoolers need a certified instructor who understands child development. We provide that assurance with every booking.

Please note: Upon successful completion of each level, your child will receive a personalized Certificate of Completion. This certificate recognizes their hard work, marks their progress, and serves as a proud keepsake for parents and swimmers alike. It also helps track which skills have been mastered and what comes next.

SMALL STEPS. BIG VICTORIES.

Confidence for Growing Swimmers

Our infant and preschool swimming lessons start as early as six months of age. Whether your little one is new to the water or ready to build independent skills, our certified instructors use gentle, age‑appropriate techniques to ensure every lesson is safe, fun, and confidence‑building.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Everything Parents Ask About Infants And Preschool Swimming

Babies can start from six months old. We focus on water acclimation, back floating with support, and breath control. Parent participation is required until the child is comfortable and at least eighteen months old.

Crying is very normal, and with consistent lessons and our instructors building a bond with your child, the crying will gradually subside.

All children progress at different speeds, but we promise you will see progress in every lesson.

Call or text us at least 24 hours before the lesson. You will receive a make-up class, subject to availability. Cancellations within 24 hours mean you forfeit your lesson unless exceptional circumstances apply, which will be assessed by our staff on a case-by-case basis, and a make-up might be offered.

For Duckling level (under 18 months), yes. For Tadpole and Minnow levels (older than 18 months and comfortable), no. Our coach works one-on-one or in small groups without parents in the water

Infant classes require a parent in the water and focus on comfort, floating, and safety holds. Preschool lessons are independent, teaching submersion, kicking, and basic stroke mechanics without parental assistance.

Yes, from six months with full head and neck support. Lessons are gentle, short, and parent-guided. We focus on bonding and water familiarity, never submersion without readiness.

Yes. Trial lessons are available for thirty or sixty minutes. You pay only for the trial. If you like the coach, you can then book a full package.

We come to your pool. If your pool is heated to at least 88°F (29 °C), it is ideal for infants. However, we do all the lessons, whether heated or not.

Same as private lessons. Cancel at least 24 hours before the lesson to receive a make-up session. Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows are forfeited. Make-ups expire at the end of each month. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
