Yes. Hamilton homes with indoor pools or heated outdoor pools work year-round. For unheated outdoor pools, we operate from May to September. Contact us for specific months.
We understand life happens. Cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, and we will gladly schedule a make-up when available. Make-ups must be completed within the same month, but we are always happy to discuss special circumstances.
Yes. The Lower City waterfront, Bayfront Park, and all lakeshore areas are within our service zone. Your location near Lake Ontario is fully covered.
